A fantastic ballgown length full tulle skirt, so light the four layers of tulle practically float around the elasticized waist. This is perfect for proms, weddings, fey attire, clubwear, afternoon tea or anything! Very versatile and elegant. You can even rip it up for a tattered graveyard/ deathrock look.
